With over 30+ years of staffing experience, our management team has worked diligently to build and establish FTS as the leader in technical placements. Since opening our doors in 2015, we have recognized the need to fully expand our service line to be a one stop shop. With a blue collar mindset, we provide the same core values and commitment to our clients as our sister company FTS.
Having spent 10+ years growing large industrial staffing firms, building this company from the ground up has always been a passion of mine. With the help of a world class internal team, we have been able to grow into one of the fastest growing privately held firms in the country. Building upon the success of FTS and recognizing demands of the employment industry, we are excited to be adding the blue collar staffing competent – Flexblue Staffing. With the addition of some strategic resources, we are confident that this add on will allow us to be a turnkey staffing provider.
