Tech Serv: Operating primarily in New Orleans, Tech Serv is another arm of FTS that focuses on talent acquisition. While it goes to market as FTS and Flex Blue in other regions, Tech Serv remains essential to the company’s growth and success. Tech Serv was merged with FTS in December 2022.

A Glimpse into Brandon Smith’s World

Brandon Smith, the driving force behind FTS, is not just an entrepreneur but a dedicated family man. He brings a wealth of experience in multi-unit management, business development, personnel development and strategic planning. With outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, Brandon leads FTS with a vision emphasizing core values, teamwork and client satisfaction. He also enjoys engaging in community endeavors and finds a meaningful contribution to his community by sitting on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement.

When he’s not busy running FTS and positively impacting the community, Brandon takes on the role of a devoted father, husband and friend. He has two children, an eight-year-old son and a five-year-old daughter, and he actively engages in their activities to support and encourage them. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
